05 — About
I'm a journalist based in Sydney, with experience from newsrooms in both Australia and Sweden. I enjoy finding stories and telling them in different ways, through writing, photography and video.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Gothenburg and a Master's in Media and Communication from Macquarie University in Sydney.
In Sweden, I worked as a reporter at Borlange Newspaper, covering everything from breaking news and local issues to live sports reporting. At the Swedish UN Association, I wrote for the magazine Varldshorisont and worked with web publishing, photography and social media.
I now report for the Manly Observer on Sydney's Northern Beaches, where I pitch and produce local stories across written articles, photography and short-form video.
What I enjoy most about journalism is the variety. I enjoy finding an interesting story, talking to people and working out the best way to tell it.
